1. Acceptance of Terms

ii. Change or remove (whether temporarily or permanently) the Site or any part of it without notice and you confirm that IMI plc shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.

You should assume that all product names appearing on this Site, whether or not appearing in large print, italics or with the trademark symbol are trademarks of IMI plc.

3.1. Unless you have our express prior written permission, you may not use, remove or alter any name, logo, tagline or other mark of IMI plc.

3.2. All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Site and its content (including without limitation the Site design, text, graphics, and all software and source codes connected with the Site, technical drawings, photos, descriptions of Products) are owned by or licensed to IMI plc, or are otherwise used by Us, as permitted by law.

3.3. In accessing the Site, you agree that none of the content may be downloaded, modified, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold, or otherwise distributed without the prior written consent of IMI plc. This excludes the downloading, copying, and/or printing of pages of the Site for strictly personal and non-commercial use.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

4.1. IMI PLC PUBLISHES THE SITE “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE, THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION OR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES REFERRED TO ON THE SITE (IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES MAY BE EXCLUDED UNDER ANY RELEVANT LAW) AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMI PLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGE WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS OF PROFITS), CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE INCIDENTAL THAT MAY RESULT FROM USE OF THE SITE HOWSOEVER ARISING.

4.2. IMI plc makes no warranties that the functionality of the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access the Site. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. 10. Governing Law, Courts

10.1. These Terms of Use will be subject to the laws of England, this does not exclude the application of your local law in the extend required by the local law in case you are a consumer and according local laws relevant for your place of residence such laws shall apply or prevail. 

10. 2 We will try to resolve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. Any dispute arising from the Terms of Use shall be settled before the competent court in England.
